Fyllis is a behavioral neuroscientist and biomechanic engineer, She earned her Degree at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Her passion for movement science and kinesiology, lead her to Berlin, Germany, so she pursued a scientific career. She works as a scientific researcher from 2012 until now, at the Humboldt University of Berlin with academic cooperations, like the SUS project from TEI of Athens University, Greece, and RISC from John Moores University of Liverpool, UK. In 2014, she started working as well, at the Charité University, Germany, in a leading position on the program BioThinking from BSRT Institute, Currently, she is focusing on finishing her Ph.D. thesis, while she is investigating the development of specific multi-component interventions for the improvement of the neuromuscular control of postural and dynamic stability situations.
Natalia is molecular biologist and genetist specialiazed in human reproductive biology graduated from the Dimokrition University of Alexandroupolis and the School of Health Sciences at University of Thessaly in Greece. She was attracted by the scientific field of genetic nutrition, which is in perfect line with her belief for personalized nutrition and diet. For this purpose, she decided to broaden her horizons by pursuing further studies at the Department of nutrition and dietetics in Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. Her last investigation is the correlation of specific polymorphisms of vitamin D receptor (VDR) with the levels of vitamin D as a part of the 3rd phase larger population based- study, namely Velestino Study.
